  1. Browse Amazon like you normally do
  2. When you land on a product page, Leif automatically looks up the brand's sustainability score
  3. A small panel appears showing the brand's ESG score and rating
  4. Click "View Full Details" to visit www.shopleif.com where you can see a full breakdown, compare brands, and find greener alternatives

  • ESG Score — a 0-100 score based on a brand's environmental, social, and governance practices
  • Rating — from "Great" to "Below Average" so you can quickly gauge a brand at a glance

  2. When you want to check a product, click the Leif icon in your browser
     toolbar.
  3. Leif reads the product's identifier from the page you're viewing and
     looks it up against our sustainability database.
  4. A panel appears showing the brand's ESG score and rating.
  5. Click "View Full Details" to open the full supplier profile, find
     greener alternatives, and compare brands on shopleif.com.

  • ESG Score — a 0-100 score based on a brand's environmental, social,
    and governance practices, where data is available.
  • Rating tier — a quick "Great" to "Below Average" tag so you can gauge
    a brand at a glance.
  • Greener Alternatives — open shopleif.com from the panel to find
    similar products from more sustainable brands.
  • Save to Cart — bookmark products you're interested in to compare
    later. Saved items are stored only in your browser, not on our servers.

  metadata (title, brand, breadcrumb category) from that page and sends
  it to our backend services (Google Firebase, Google Cloud Functions,
  and Algolia) to look up the sustainability rating. We do not collect
  your name, email, browsing history outside of Amazon product pages you
  actively view, shopping cart contents, order history, or payment
