About

Synca turns any time you read on the web into your own timezone — no copy-pasting into a converter, no counting hours on your fingers.

When a page mentions something like "Tuesday 3pm EST," Synca highlights it right where it sits. Click the highlight and you get that exact moment across every timezone you follow, the day it lands on (yesterday, today, or tomorrow), and a heads-up when daylight saving is about to shift in any of them. Times written without a zone are read using a default you set — per site, if you want — so a meeting time on a colleague's blog still comes out right.

Need a time that isn't on the page? Open the popup and type it in plain language — "fri 5pm PT" — and read it across your whole list of zones at once. Or select a time on any page, right-click, and choose Convert time.

What you get:
- Inline highlighting of times on the page, in three styles: a small marker, reveal-on-hover, or rewritten straight into your zone.
- A click-to-open card showing one time across all the zones you keep.
- A converter in the popup for typed or pasted times, with a roster of the cities you care about.
- Daylight-saving warnings when a converted time falls near a clock change.
- Control over how times with no zone are read — one default, or a rule per website.
- 12- or 24-hour clock, and a light, dark, or system theme.
- A per-site switch to turn highlighting off where you don't want it, and a toolbar badge showing how many times were found on the current page.

Private by design:
Synca runs entirely in your browser. It makes no network requests, loads no remote code or fonts, and has no analytics or trackers. Your settings and zone list live in Chrome's own storage — synced across your signed-in browsers if you use Chrome sync, never on our servers. The text it reads to find times is never stored or sent anywhere.

Free, and built to do one thing well.
