Usage Tracker reads your usage data directly from Claude's internal API when you have a claude.ai tab open. It fetches the same data that powers the Settings → Usage page, but does so in the background without opening extra tabs or navigating away from your conversation. Requires an active Claude Pro, Max, or Team subscription.
