    SMART EXTRACTION THAT LEARNS FROM THE PAGE
    LinkedIn company pages are divided into sections — About, Posts, People, Jobs. LinkedBridge understands this. When you navigate between sections on the same company page, the extension detects the change and automatically re-extracts, adding newly visible data to what it already found.
    Critically, it never overwrites data it already has. If the About section gave you 7 fields and the Posts section reveals 3 more, re-extracting merges everything together. You end up with 10 fields, not 3. Previously found data is never lost.
    This merge-and-preserve behaviour works across popup sessions too. Close the extension, browse around, reopen it — your extracted data is right where you left it, waiting to be saved.
    
    SALESFORCE PREFILL — WORKS BOTH WAYS
    When you land on a company page that already exists in your Salesforce org, LinkedBridge finds it automatically and shows you a banner: "[Company Name] found in Salesforce." You can see a preview of what SF already has — industry, website, city, founded year — and choose:
    ☁ Use SF values — merges the Salesforce record into your extraction. Fields already in SF fill in blanks; you keep full control over anything LinkedIn added.
    🔍 Keep extracted — dismiss the banner and work with what LinkedIn gave you. The SF record isn't touched until you explicitly save.
    Per-field fetch-from-SF buttons (☁) sit next to individual fields like Name, Website, Industry, Headquarters, and Type. Click one to pull just that field from Salesforce without affecting anything else. Granular control, zero friction.

    Not all extracted data is created equal. LinkedBridge colour-codes every field with a confidence dot:
    🟢 Green — came from LinkedIn's structured data (dl/dt/dd elements, meta tags). High reliability.
    🟡 Amber — inferred from text scanning or fallback selectors. Review before saving.
    You know at a glance which fields to trust and which to double-check. No more blind saves with bad data.
    
    DUPLICATE DETECTION WITH SIDE-BY-SIDE COMPARISON
    When Salesforce detects a potential duplicate on save, LinkedBridge doesn't just show an error. It builds a full comparison table — your extracted data on one side, the existing SF record on the other — with a checkbox on every row. Select exactly which fields you want to update, then click Save Selected → SF. Or create a new record anyway. You're in control.
    
    QUEUE — BATCH SAVE WHEN YOU'RE READY

    SMART EXTRACTION THAT LEARNS FROM THE PAGE
    LinkedIn company pages are divided into sections — About, Posts, People, Jobs. LinkedBridge understands this. When you navigate between sections on the same company page, the extension detects the change and automatically re-extracts, adding newly visible data to what it already found.
    Critically, it never overwrites data it already has. If the About section gave you 7 fields and the Posts section reveals 3 more, re-extracting merges everything together. You end up with 10 fields, not 3. Previously found data is never lost.
    This merge-and-preserve behaviour works across popup sessions too. Close the extension, browse around, reopen it — your extracted data is right where you left it, waiting to be saved.
    
    SALESFORCE PREFILL — WORKS BOTH WAYS
    When you land on a company page that already exists in your Salesforce org, LinkedBridge finds it automatically and shows you a banner: "[Company Name] found in Salesforce." You can see a preview of what SF already has — industry, website, city, founded year — and choose:
    ☁ Use SF values — merges the Salesforce record into your extraction. Fields already in SF fill in blanks; you keep full control over anything LinkedIn added.
    🔍 Keep extracted — dismiss the banner and work with what LinkedIn gave you. The SF record isn't touched until you explicitly save.
    Per-field fetch-from-SF buttons (☁) sit next to individual fields like Name, Website, Industry, Headquarters, and Type. Click one to pull just that field from Salesforce without affecting anything else. Granular control, zero friction.
    
    CONFIDENCE INDICATORS
    Not all extracted data is created equal. LinkedBridge colour-codes every field with a confidence dot:
    🟢 Green — came from LinkedIn's structured data (dl/dt/dd elements, meta tags). High reliability.
    🟡 Amber — inferred from text scanning or fallback selectors. Review before saving.
    You know at a glance which fields to trust and which to double-check. No more blind saves with bad data.
    
    DUPLICATE DETECTION WITH SIDE-BY-SIDE COMPARISON
    When Salesforce detects a potential duplicate on save, LinkedBridge doesn't just show an error. It builds a full comparison table — your extracted data on one side, the existing SF record on the other — with a checkbox on every row. Select exactly which fields you want to update, then click Save Selected → SF. Or create a new record anyway. You're in control.
    
    QUEUE — BATCH SAVE WHEN YOU'RE READY
    Not every profile or company needs to go into Salesforce immediately. Add extractions to the queue as you browse, then batch-save everything at once when you're done researching. The queue has separate tabs for Individuals and Accounts, shows completeness scores for each queued record, and lets you select/deselect before the final push to Salesforce.
    Queue items survive popup close. Your batch is waiting for you whenever you're ready.

LinkedBridge Pro connects directly to your CRM via its official API. There is no proxy server. Your data goes straight from LinkedIn to your CRM, authenticated under your own credentials.
🔵 SALESFORCE Save as Lead or Contact (your choice, per-save). Creates Accounts separately. Supports custom fields — map any LinkedIn field to any standard or custom Salesforce API field. After saving, optionally add the record to a Salesforce Campaign. Optionally log a completed Activity Task linked to the record. Uses OAuth 2.0 Connected App authentication.
🟠 HUBSPOT Saves to Contacts and Companies via HubSpot's Private App token. Supports custom property names in field mapping so your HubSpot property schema is respected.
🔴 ZOHO CRM Saves as Lead, Contact, or Account. Supports all five Zoho data center regions (US, EU, IN, AU, JP). Uses OAuth 2.0 with your own Zoho API Console app — no shared credentials. Field mapping supports Zoho's module API names.

Every LinkedIn profile and company page gets a persistent side panel trigger — a small tab pinned to the right edge of the page. It shows a color-coded dot:

Click the tab to open the full side panel. If the record exists, you'll see every CRM field displayed inline. Edit any field directly in the panel and click Save Changes — no need to open the extension popup. The side panel follows you as you navigate LinkedIn, automatically re-checking each new profile you visit. It adapts to your active CRM and respects your light/dark theme setting.
