Trading-Secrets Sync for Chatalott imports your vendor show bookings from Trading-Secrets.ca directly into your Chatalott contacts — saving you hours of manual copy-and-paste every week.

WHAT IT DOES

If you host or attend online vendor shows on Trading-Secrets.ca, every booking gives you a slot owner's name, company, email, phone number, Facebook profile, and website. This extension reads that vendor list straight from your Event Specialist Dashboard and adds those people as contacts in your Chatalott account, so you can follow up with them, log connections, and build relationships from one place.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in to Trading-Secrets.ca and open your Event Specialist Dashboard
2. Click the extension icon
3. Choose "Sync This Event" (one event at a time) or "Sync ALL My Events" (every event in your dashboard)
4. The extension opens each event page, reads the vendor table, and sends the contacts to your Chatalott account

That's it. New contacts are added. Existing contacts (matched by email) are updated with the latest info, so re-running the sync after a new show keeps everyone fresh without creating duplicates.

WHAT GETS IMPORTED

For each vendor on each event you've booked:
- First and last name (from the Slot Owner column)
- Company / brand
- Email address
- Phone number
- Facebook profile or group link
- Website (saved into the contact's notes)
- A note tagging which Trading-Secrets event they came from

WHO THIS IS FOR

This extension is built specifically for direct sales reps, network marketers, and party-plan consultants who use Trading-Secrets.ca to book online vendor events and use Chatalott to manage their contacts, follow-ups, and pipeline.

REQUIREMENTS

- An active Chatalott account (sign up at chatalott.com)
- A Trading-Secrets.ca account with access to the Event Specialist Dashboard

PRIVACY

This extension only reads vendor information that is already visible to you on your own Trading-Secrets dashboard. It only sends data to your own authenticated Chatalott account. No data is sent to any third party. The extension does not read, modify, or store anything from any other website.

Permissions used:
- activeTab and scripting: needed to read the vendor list from the Trading-Secrets page you're currently viewing.
- Access to trading-secrets.ca: needed to navigate between your event pages during a bulk sync.
- Access to chatalott.com/api: needed to send the imported contacts to your Chatalott account.
