Changelog
- Jun 2, 2026description
ZoomMate Browser Operator — Let AI agents work in your own browser. ZoomMate Browser Operator lets an AI agent from the Zoom ecosystem drive your Chrome window to complete real web tasks — research, form-filling, data gathering, repetitive workflows — without you clicking a single button. Instead of running in a remote cloud sandbox, the agent works inside the browser you're already signed into, so it can reach the same sites you can. Why use your own browser? Most useful sites are locked behind logins. Internal tools behind SSO, paid subscriptions, personal accounts, sites with bot detection — an agent running in a remote sandbox has to re-authenticate everywhere and often gets blocked. When the agent drives your local browser, it simply acts as you, with your sessions, your cookies, and your permissions. No credentials ever leave your machine. Key capabilities • Navigate, click, type, scroll, and fill forms across any website • Read page content (text, DOM, screenshots) so the agent can reason over what it sees • Tab isolation — agent-driven tabs live inside a dedicated "ZoomMate" tab group, kept apart from your normal browsing Privacy and safety • The extension only talks to the ZoomMate backend — no third-party analytics, no data sold, no data used for unrelated purposes. • All actions run locally under your identity. Credentials, cookies, and page content never leave your machine except for the explicit data the agent sends back to ZoomMate to reason about the task. • You can stop the agent at any time from the popup or the ZoomMate chat. • Agent activity is visually announced on every page so you always know when it's active. Who it's for ZoomMate users who want an AI agent that can actually complete tasks on the web — not just describe what to do — while keeping everything under their own browser and their own logins.
