How to Use:

1. Plug in stereo headphones for best binaural beat results.
2. Select a preset based on your goal: focus, relaxation, creativity, or sleep.
3. Adjust the volume to a comfortable low level.
4. Optionally add Brown, Pink, or White noise.
5. Optionally load your own local music files.
6. Start listening and enter your flow state.
