Capture a purchase order from any wholesale portal and send it straight to your Inventor-Ease review queue.

Inventor-Ease is the inventory assistant for multi-vendor retailers. This extension lets you grab a purchase order from any wholesale portal — Joor, Faire, NuORDER, MarketTime, Elastic Suite, branded vendor sites — and send it to your Inventor-Ease account without leaving the tab.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open a PO in any browser tab — vendor portal, branded brand site, anywhere you place wholesale orders.
2. Click the Inventor-Ease icon. A side panel slides out on the right of your current window.
3. Click "Capture this PO." We read the page text and product images and send them to your account.
4. The side panel switches to a review surface — vendor, parsed items, save button — running alongside the source page. Scroll the original on the left, verify on the right.
5. Click Save. The PO lands in your Inventor-Ease orders dashboard.

WHAT'S CAPTURED

- The visible text of the active tab (with navigation, header, and footer stripped out).
- Up to 20 product images from the page, fetched anonymously by the extension so vendor portals that gate images behind login still work.
- The page URL and title — recorded as the source on the captured PO so you can jump back later.

PRIVACY

- We only read the page you're looking at, only when you click the icon. No background reading.
- Captured data goes only to your Inventor-Ease account, identified by a scoped API key you generate yourself.
- The API key is scoped: it can only post captures and run the review surface. It cannot read your existing POs, vendors, products, or settings. If a key is ever lost, the worst-case impact is junk captures in your review queue that you can clear in one click.
- Keys expire after 90 days by default. We email every owner on your account when a new key is generated.
- No analytics, no third-party tracking, no telemetry.

REQUIREMENTS

- An active Inventor-Ease account (https://www.inventor-ease.com).
- An API key generated from your account's Developer settings.
