How to Use It
=> Browse: Navigate to any Pinterest feed, board, or search results page.
=> Activate: Click the Pinterest Image Downloader icon in your browser toolbar and click "Activate Selection Mode."
=> Select: Checkboxes will appear on every visible pin. Select the pins you wish to download.
=> Download: Click the "Download Selected" button. The extension will automatically begin saving all selected files to your default downloads folder.

This extension is 100% free and does not collect, store, or transmit any user browsing data, pin IDs, or personal information. All processing of URLs and downloads occurs locally within your browser.

We require the following permissions solely to perform the described functionality:
=> Host Permissions (*://*.pinterest.com/*, *://*.pinimg.com/*): This is required to inject the selection checkboxes (content.css and content.js) onto Pinterest pages and to analyze the pin elements to extract the high-resolution source URL for the image.
=> downloads: This permission is strictly necessary to use the chrome.downloads.download API function, which handles the secure, background downloading of the high-resolution image or video URLs to your local machine.
=> storage: This is used only to store local preferences (such as the last active state) and manage the list of selected pins locally before initiating the download.

Note: For the best bulk downloading experience, we recommend unchecking Chrome’s "Ask where to save each file before downloading" option in your browser settings.
