About

Auth Button Blocker removes supported third-party sign-in buttons from websites as you browse.

It is designed to target social sign-in options such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, GitHub and other supported providers, while leaving standard email sign-in options available.

Features:
- Automatically removes supported social sign-in buttons
- Lets you choose which providers to block
- Lets you allow individual sites from the toolbar popup
- Supports optional targeted CSS selector rules for advanced cases
- Offers an interface in multiple languages, with English by default

Privacy:
Auth Button Blocker processes page content locally in your browser only to detect and remove configured sign-in buttons. It does not collect or transmit personal data, and it does not execute remote code.

Preferences such as selected providers, allowed sites, language and optional CSS selector rules are stored using Chrome Sync.
