Privacy and access:
This extension does not collect personal information, use analytics, run ads, or send reader data to Andrew Taylor or any third-party server. It stores chapter content and reading progress locally in your browser only.

The extension uses minimal permissions: local storage and access to Andrew Taylor’s Substack pages. It cannot read the rest of your browsing activity. It does not request cookie permissions, read cookies, or store cookies. When syncing, Chrome may include your existing Substack session cookies on requests to Substack so Substack can determine what your account can already read.

This extension does not bypass Substack paywalls or unlock paid content. It only displays content your browser session can already access.
