Cleverhire LinkedIn Importer bridges LinkedIn Recruiter and your Cleverhire ATS, eliminating manual data entry when sourcing candidates.

HOW IT WORKS

Log in with your Cleverhire credentials directly from the extension popup. The extension injects an "Import to Cleverhire" button into LinkedIn Recruiter — on both candidate list pages and individual profile pages. Select a job (or import to your Talent Pool), click import, and you're done.

BULK IMPORT FROM LISTS
— Automatically triggers LinkedIn's native XLSX export and parses the file
— Fallback to manual file picker if auto-export is unavailable
— Import all candidates or just selected ones
— Batches up to 20 candidates per request, automatically chunked for larger lists

SINGLE CANDIDATE IMPORT
— One-click import from any LinkedIn Recruiter profile page
— Button is automatically disabled with a tooltip if the candidate has no email address

SMART DATA MAPPING
Extracts and maps from LinkedIn XLSX exports:
• Full name, email, phone number
• Job title, headline, and skills
• Current company and location
• Estimated years of experience
• LinkedIn profile URL
• Salary range (when available)
• Education details

IMPORT DESTINATIONS
• Import to a specific job posting — searchable dropdown with job title, company, and location
• Import to your Common Talent Pool — for candidates not tied to a specific role
• Duplicate detection — skips candidates already in your system and reports them clearly

REAL-TIME FEEDBACK
• Step-by-step progress overlay: exporting → parsing → uploading → done
• Toast notifications for success, warnings, and errors
• Detailed per-candidate results: imported, skipped (no email), or failed (with reason)

SEAMLESS AUTHENTICATION
• Automatically detects if you're already logged in to cleverhire.ai and syncs your session
