TravaLive holds a YouTube live stream at a fixed delay — you pick how many
seconds behind "live" you want to sit. Everyone in the group sets the SAME
number, and that's it: you all see the exact same frame at the exact same time.
No more spoilers from whoever's ahead.

How it works:
• Reads the live's real latency from YouTube itself — the same reference for everyone
• Gently nudges the player speed until it locks onto your target
• Same number = same frame = reactions in sync
