About

Stowtab tames a wall of tabs — without ever leaving your machine.

• Group open tabs by domain in one click
• Find & close duplicate tabs
• Suspend memory-hog tabs (Chrome's native discard — no shady page injection)
• Save and restore named sessions, tab groups included
• Fuzzy-search every open tab and jump to it with the keyboard

Built so it CAN'T misbehave, not just promises not to:
• Three permissions only — tabs, tabGroups, storage. No host permissions, so it cannot read page content or make network requests.
• Local-only — everything lives in your browser. No account, no sync, no tracking, no telemetry.
• No remote code — everything ships in the package.

Free core is genuinely useful. Pro (one-time) adds unlimited saved sessions, dedupe across all windows, suspend-all, and encrypted backup. Source-available (MIT).
