HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Connect your Notion workspace once via OAuth.
2. Pick which databases to include. DeadlineFlow auto-detects each database's date property and "done" checkbox.
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+D (or Cmd+Shift+D on Mac).
4. The calendar opens with every deadline color-coded by database. Today's tasks, overdue tasks, and upcoming work are visible at a glance.
5. Tick a checkbox in DeadlineFlow — the matching page updates in Notion in real time.

That's the whole workflow. No new database to maintain, no manual sync, no missed deadlines.

• Your tasks, deadlines, and database contents are read directly from your browser to Notion. They never touch our servers.
• Your Notion access token is stored only in your browser's local storage — never on our servers.
• Product analytics use an anonymous random UUID — we send event names (popup opened, view changed, etc.) and the extension version. Never deadline contents, database names, page titles, or Notion identifiers.
