About

Stop blindly trusting every form you fill out on the web. HackerHare runs in your browser, using privacy-first, on-device heuristics to flag risky inputs before you hit submit.

Why install HackerHare?

• Accidental over-sharing: Helps stop autofilling sensitive data—SSNs, phone numbers, birthdates—into sketchy or unencrypted forms.
• Dark patterns & deceptive UI: Spots forms designed to trick you into marketing emails or hidden subscriptions before you opt in.
• Phishing & lookalike domains: Catches subtle domain spoofing that tries to steal your credentials in plain sight.
• Credential exposure: Blocks password submissions over unencrypted HTTP forms before they leave your machine.

We don’t collect your form content or browsing history. Optional anonymous telemetry sends only a stateless +1 when a block occurs to power the public community counter, with no URLs, user IDs, or threat context.
