ShopifyExtractor does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All extraction happens locally in your browser. Files are saved directly to your Downloads folder.

Permissions explained:
• activeTab / tabs — read the store URL from your current tab
• scripting — inject the content script that reads page context
• downloads — save CSV and JSON files to your Downloads folder
• storage — remember your last-used format preference
• alarms — manage retry timing when rate limits are hit

TECHNICAL NOTES
────────────────────────────

ShopifyExtractor uses Shopify's publicly available /products.json and /collections.json endpoints — the same data your browser loads when browsing any Shopify storefront. It does not use the Shopify Admin API and requires no store credentials.

Pagination is handled automatically (250 products per request) with exponential backoff on rate limits.
