About
Pagenail lets you pin notes directly to any webpage. Every note is anchored to the URL where you created it, so when you return to that page your notes are waiting for you. Two ways to capture: Thread — a persistent note column that grows as you research. Add notes quickly from the floating input card. Notes stay in order, survive tab close, and are always visible when you return. Stickies — draggable notes that float on the page surface. Move them where you want, resize them, edit in place. Stickies remember their position on the page. Move notes between surfaces freely. Pop a thread note out as a sticky when you need it in view. Pop a sticky back to the thread when you're done with it. Your original timestamp is preserved either way. When you're done researching, export everything as a single markdown file or copy it to your clipboard to paste into any app. Features Notes anchored to URLs — same page from any source, same notes Thread and sticky surfaces — two different ways to capture and read Markdown rendering — paste AI responses or formatted notes, they render cleanly Export or copy as markdown — ready for Notion, Obsidian, or any next step Drag the HUD to any corner or anywhere on the page Starts minimized — out of your way until you need it Everything stored locally — no account required, no data leaves your device
