About

Tired of website blockers that just don't work?

Most fail for one of two reasons. They're too strict, so you end up deleting them. Or they're too easy to bypass, so you quickly find a way around them.

Instead, MooBlock uses adaptive friction. It adds a small timeout before you can access a distracting site. This timeout grows the more you visit these sites, and decays when you stay away.

And yes, there are cows. Lots of cows.

How it works:

- Add distracting websites to your blocklist and choose whether to apply a timeout or block them completely.
- When you visit a distracting site, a timeout is applied before you gain access. This delay increases with continued use.
- Also, cows walk around on your screen when you visit a distracting site. The longer you stay, the more cows appear.
- When you stop visiting distracting sites, your timeout gradually decreases.
