Keyword Based Navigator is a lightweight Chrome extension for opening frequently used URLs from short, memorable keywords.

Type the omnibox keyword "s", enter a shortcut, and jump directly to the matching URL. You can also search and launch shortcuts from the popup, manage shortcuts from the options page, import and export your keyword list, and use URL parameters for reusable searches.
