📋 HOW TO USE
Option A: Export from a profile page
1. Open X (Twitter) and visit a profile page (e.g., https://x.com/elonmusk)
2. Click the extension icon
3. Choose what to export: Followers or Following
4. Click Start/Export

Option B: Export by username
1. Open the extension popup
2. Enter a username (without @)
3. Select Followers or Following
4. Start the export and download the result

Option C: Resume from History
1. Open the extension popup and go to History tab
2. Find your previous extraction (automatically saved)
3. Click "Continue" to resume incomplete exports
4. Export saved data in any format directly from history

💡 Tip: If you hit rate limits on X, increase the request interval and try again. All extractions are automatically saved to history for easy resuming.
