About

Have you ever needed every comment on an Instagram post or Reel - including the replies - and realized there is no built-in way to download them? Or spent way too long copying and pasting into a spreadsheet, one comment at a time?

Not anymore!

WHAT IT DOES
Instagram Comments Exporter adds a floating button on Instagram posts and Reels. Open it to extract comments in one place: usernames, text, likes, timestamps, verified badges, profile pictures, and nested replies included.

Start extraction and watch progress live. Pause anytime, resume later, or pick up a previous job from History. Browse everything in a clean table inside the extension, then export to CSV, Excel (XLSX), JSON, or TXT whenever you are ready.

It only runs on Instagram post and Reel pages, so it stays out of the way everywhere else.

WHO IS THIS FOR
Creators, social media managers, researchers, and anyone who needs Instagram comment data organized and exportable. Especially useful for posts with long threads, heavy reply chains, or comment counts too large to copy by hand.

HOW DOES IT WORK
1. Install the extension and open any Instagram post or Reel while logged in.
2. Click the floating button to open the exporter. (it will automatically show up on the bottom right)
3. Hit Start to collect comments and replies. You can pause whenever you need to and continue later.
4. Review the results in the Comments tab, or revisit past extractions in History.
5. Click Export and choose CSV, Excel, JSON, or TXT.

IS IT FREE?
100%. No trial, no paywall, no premium tier.

IS IT SECURE?
Your extracted comments are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

No ads, no selling your data, no third-party tracking. Optional feedback you send through the extension is submitted only if you choose to send it.

FEEDBACK, BUGS OR QUESTIONS?
Use the Bugs & Feedback tab inside the extension, or email [email protected]
