THE CALCULATOR

Your numbers, no tricks. Monthly Profit = Income minus recurring costs. Hourly Rate = Profit divided by actual hours. Payback = how many months to recoup your startup investment. Year 1 Take-Home = annual profit minus startup cost. If an idea pays $6/hour after expenses, you'll know before you spend a weekend setting it up.
