About

Bastion - Stay focused. Break the loop.

Most blockers treat you like you can't be trusted. Bastion treats you like someone who set a boundary and needs a gentle reminder to respect
it.

Instead of hard blocks, Bastion adds graduated friction to the sites where autopilot takes over. You always have a way through - but you have
to be intentional about it.

Four tools, one goal:

Time Limit - Set a rolling time budget for a site. Spend 30 minutes on reddit.com per 2-hour window, then step away until the window rolls
over. You decide how much is enough.

Visit Limit - Cap how many times you navigate to a site in a rolling window. Targets the "open tab, type URL" reflex. Great for sites you
check compulsively but briefly.

Speed Bump - A countdown page before the site loads. No blocking, just a pause. Enough friction to ask yourself "do I actually need this right
 now?"

Grayscale - Apply a grayscale filter based on time of day or time on site. Everything still works, it just stops being as fun. A subtle nudge
that the fun part is over.

Bypasses built in. Any blocking control can have an optional bypass policy - a limited number of overrides per time window. Bypasses are a
release valve, not a backdoor. Perfection isn't the goal. Staying on track is.

Per-site configuration. Each site gets its own independent combination of controls. Layer a time limit with a speed bump on one site, just
grayscale on another. Domain patterns match subdomains automatically - reddit.com covers www.reddit.com and old.reddit.com.

Import & export. Back up your config, move to a new machine, or share your setup. Export as a JSON file or a shareable encoded string.

No data leaves your browser. All configuration and tracking data is stored locally. No accounts, no servers, no analytics.
