HW CTMS Copilot eliminates manual data re-entry for clinical research coordinators by automatically matching patient visit data from HW CTMS to the corresponding fields in Rave Medidata EDC forms.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Log in to HW CTMS (ctms.healthwizz.net) — the extension connects automatically
2. Open a Rave Medidata EDC form for a patient visit
3. Click the extension icon → Activate Sidebar
4. The sidebar shows matched eCRF values (vital signs, visit date, and more) side by side with the Rave fields
5. Click "Apply All Matches" — all fields fill instantly
