  AptSweep is a browser extension for renters who are tired of losing flats to faster applicants and re-typing the same enquiry message thirty times a day.
  
  Open a saved-search tab on any of the supported portals — Rightmove, Zoopla, ImmoScout24, WG-Gesucht, or Daft.ie — and AptSweep watches it for new listings every 30 to 75 seconds. The moment a flat appears, it shows up in the popup. One click on Apply opens the listing's contact form with your name, email, phone, and message template already filled in. You review, hit Send, the tab closes — done.
  
  WHAT'S WORTH HIGHLIGHTING
  
  • Sub-minute alerts. New listings appear in your popup within ~60 seconds of being posted on the portal.
  
  • One-click pre-fill. Personal details (name / email / phone / address) and a customisable application message template are dropped into the contact form for you.
  
  • Application tracking. A checkbox auto-ticks when you click Send; applied listings sort to the bottom of the list, greyed out, so you never accidentally message the same agent twice.

  Free during launch — unlimited matches across all supported portals. A paid Pro tier is on the roadmap; early users will get first access at the launch price.
  
  PRIVACY POSTURE
  
  AptSweep runs in your browser using your own logged-in sessions. There is no AptSweep server polling listing portals on your behalf. Your saved contact details and search settings are stored locally in chrome.storage.local — they never leave your device. Listing thumbnails are referenced from the source portal's CDN, never re-hosted or cached.

  WHAT'S NEW IN v1.0.1
  • Fixed: toolbar button now shows the AptSweep icon instead of the
    generic puzzle-piece (regression from v1.0.0).
  • Fixed: one-click apply on ImmoScout24 and Daft.ie now reliably
    pre-fills the contact form even when the portal lazy-loads its
    fields.
  • Cleaner permission footprint: portals not yet supported (SpareRoom,
    OpenRent, Domain.com.au, realestate.com.au, Funda) are no longer
    declared at install time. They'll re-appear in a future version
    when their adapters ship.
