Semble to CardioBridge

Semble to CardioBridge adds a one-click "Send to CardioBridge" button to each document on a patient's Documents screen in Semble, so a clinician can send an ECG straight to a GMC-registered consultant cardiologist for interpretation — no downloading and re-uploading. The signed report comes back into the patient's Semble record as a CardioBridge letter.

How it works: click "Send to CardioBridge" on an ECG document. The extension retrieves that document from Semble using Semble's official API and submits it to your CardioBridge account for review. You authenticate with your CardioBridge API key and a Semble API token, both saved locally in the extension.

Requirements: a CardioBridge account (Integrations → API keys) and a Semble API token with read access to Patients and Patient documents (Semble → Settings → API).

Privacy: the extension acts only when you click send. Your API keys are stored only in your browser; the Semble token is sent only to Semble, never to CardioBridge. No analytics, no tracking, and patient details are never logged. Full policy: https://cardiobridge.teqdr.com/privacy
