    Everflow Help Desk is an internal Chrome extension for the Everflow CS, Sales, and Partnerships teams.
    
    Features:
    - Search 400+ Customer and Collaborator help desk articles instantly
    - Copy attributed links with your personal AFFID (auto-looked up from your email)
    - Optional client email tracking — add a client email to the link and it flows into Everflow conversion reporting
    - View articles directly inside the extension
    - Open articles in a new browser tab
    - Filter by Customer or Collaborator help desk
    - Score-based search ranking (title, slug, category, description)
    
    How it works:
    1. Sign in with your @everflow.io email (one-time setup)
    2. Your affiliate ID (AFFID) is automatically looked up
    3. Search for any help desk article
    4. Click "Copy" to get the article link with your AFFID appended
    5. Optionally add a client email — the attributed link updates in real-time
    6. Paste the link in Intercom, Slack, email, or anywhere you share articles
    
    Why use attributed links?
    When customers click your attributed link, the view is tracked back to you. This helps us understand which articles CS team members share most and measure help desk content effectiveness. With email tracking enabled, you can also see which specific clients opened which articles in Everflow reporting.
    
    This extension is restricted to @everflow.io email addresses.
