DubSound adds AI-powered voice dubbing to videos you watch. It translates the speech and plays natural-sounding dubbed audio in sync with the video—so you can watch YouTube in your preferred language without re-uploading or leaving the page.

What it does

• Translates and dubs in real time — Uses the video’s subtitles or captions, translates them, and generates dubbed audio that plays over (or mixed with) the original sound.  
• Choose your language and voice — Pick the target language and a voice (multiple languages and voices supported).  
• Control the mix — Separate sliders for original and dubbed volume so you can listen to dubbing only, original only, or both.  
• Streaming playback — Audio is loaded progressively so dubbing can start quickly and keep up with playback.

How to use

1. Install the extension and sign in via the DubSound web app (one-time).  
2. Open a YouTube video.  
3. Click the DubSound icon, choose your language and voice, and start dubbing.  
4. Use the popup to adjust volumes and stop dubbing when you’re done.
