Markify converts PDFs open in your browser to clean, structured Markdown — with a single click. No uploads, no servers, no accounts. Everything runs locally in your browser.

Open any PDF, click the Markify icon, and get perfectly formatted Markdown that preserves your document's headings, tables, lists, bold text, and italic text. Copy it, download it as a .md file, or save it to your conversion history.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open any PDF in your browser (any URL ending in .pdf)
2. Click the Markify icon in your toolbar
3. Press "Convert to Markdown"
4. Copy, download, or save the result

PRIVACY

Markify does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Your PDFs are never uploaded to any server. All conversion happens locally in your browser using Mozilla's open-source pdf.js library. Saved conversions are stored in your browser's local extension storage and never leave your device.
