Invoice Maker turns any open email — an order confirmation, a client request, a job you just
finished — into a professional, branded invoice without retyping everything by hand.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open an email in Gmail, Outlook Web, or any other webmail.
2. Click the Invoice Maker icon. It scans the visible email and pre-fills an invoice form with
   its best guesses: sender/company name, date, amounts, and reference numbers.
3. Review and correct the form — nothing is ever generated without you seeing and confirming the
   data first.
4. Generate a polished PDF invoice using your own saved branding (logo, accent color, font,
   business details), or export the same invoice as CSV/JSON for your bookkeeping software.

YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR BROWSER
Extraction is done with local pattern matching, not AI — no email content is ever sent to any
server, including ours. There is no backend, no account, and no tracking. Everything — templates,
branding, invoice history — is stored locally in your browser.
