About

MoEngage Assist is the official Chrome extension for developers and marketers integrating the MoEngage Web SDK. When clicked, the extension opens as a side panel, giving you real-time visibility into your SDK setup, event payloads, user attributes, and campaign delivery — all without leaving your browser or interrupting your workflow.

Requires MoEngage Web SDK v2.74.00 or later.

Environment Indicator
A persistent environment badge is displayed across all tabs in the side panel, indicating whether the MoEngage SDK on the current page is pointed to a Live or Test environment. This helps you confirm at a glance that you are validating or debugging in the intended environment before acting on any data.

Issues — Catch Problems Before They Become Support Tickets
The Issues tab surfaces critical errors grouped by category:
Setup — Service worker misconfigurations, HTTP mode failures, missing polyfills
Track — Empty attribute values, blank notification titles, missing strings
Info — Campaign delivery errors, like deleted or unreceived card IDs
Each issue includes a direct Learn More link for guided resolution.

Setup Info — Validate Your Foundation
Get a complete view of your workspace configuration at a glance:
Data center, App ID, SPA mode, Multi-ID tracking status
Service worker registration state, file path, and scope
Web Push opt-in flow (soft ask / hard ask), push token status, and subscription state

Track — Inspect Live Event and User Data
Monitor your event stream and user attributes in real time:
Search and filter live events by name or attribute
Expand any event to inspect its full payload — campaign IDs, variation IDs, locale, session context, and more
View user identity, Device UID, session timeline, and all tracked user attributes with pass/fail status badges


Campaign — Debug OSM, Web Personalization, and Cards
Inspect every active campaign targeting the current user session:
See campaign status, template type, trigger conditions, and expiry
Validate page eligibility, display status, and lifetime impressions
Inspect frequency capping rules and per-device consumption data
Copy the full campaign payload to the clipboard in one click
Jump directly to the campaign in your MoEngage dashboard via View in Dashboard
