WA Kanban AI turns your WhatsApp Web conversations into an organized Kanban board.

Open any chat or group in WhatsApp Web, choose how far back to read, and the extension reads those messages locally in your browser. Using your own API key from Anthropic or OpenAI, it turns the conversation into clear, structured tasks. Every task includes a title, a description, the original source message it came from, any attachments, and step-by-step implementation instructions you can hand to a developer or paste into an AI assistant.

Tasks land on a Kanban board stored locally on your device, with five columns: Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Review and Done. Drag cards between columns, add your own tasks by hand, and keep a complete move history of everything that has happened on the board.

Privacy first. Your messages and your API key stay in your browser. The only place your selected messages are sent is directly to Anthropic or OpenAI, using the key you provide, to generate the tasks you asked for.

How it works:

1. Install the extension and open WhatsApp Web.
2. Add your Anthropic or OpenAI API key on the options page.
3. Open a chat, click the extension, and generate tasks.
4. Review and organize the tasks on your Kanban board.
