About
Ponuz Meeting Detector helps the Ponuz desktop app notice when you join a supported browser-based meeting, so Ponuz can show a lightweight prompt to start recording. The extension detects supported online meetings in the browser and sends a minimal local signal to the Ponuz desktop app through a localhost connection. It does not start recording automatically. Recording only begins after you confirm from the Ponuz desktop prompt. The extension does not send meeting audio, transcripts, participants, chat messages, screen content, or page content to Ponuz servers. Use this extension with the Ponuz desktop app for macOS or Windows.
