Pin any listing with one click, and every listing you pin appears in a glanceable overview table: price, rating, reviews, amenities, capacity, room type, and availability, with the best value in each column highlighted. No more juggling ten tabs and a spreadsheet.

• Best-value highlighting: the cheapest total, highest rating, most amenities, and more light up green in the overview table
• Availability check: instantly see which of your saved listings are actually bookable for your dates, and remove the unavailable ones with one click

• Every listing card shows the hero photo, room type (entire place vs. private room), sleeps/bedrooms/bathrooms, and a direct link that opens the listing with your dates already applied

• Anchor your own listing — every pinned competitor's card shows red/green deltas against it: are they undercutting your nightly rate? Beating your rating? Sleeping more guests?
• Booked % for your selected dates: see how occupied each competitor's calendar is, straight from their availability calendar
• Estimated pricing even when a competitor is booked: CompareBNB finds the nearest open window of the same length and shows an indicative nightly rate (clearly marked as an estimate)
• Universal comparison dates keep every snapshot like-for-like

——— HOW IT WORKS ———

• Pin from anywhere: a "+ Pin" button appears on every search-result card and on each listing page, plus a floating Compare button. On search pages, Bulk Pin grabs the whole results page at once (smart enough to skip the "available for similar dates" rail, which uses different dates).
• Snapshots, not surveillance: listings are captured when you pin or refresh them — there is no background polling. Hit Refresh (or Refresh All) whenever you want fresh numbers; refreshes run quietly in a minimized window and never interrupt your browsing.
• Guest and Host modes keep fully separate pin lists, so your trip shortlist never mixes with your market research.

The free plan includes 3 pinned listings per mode — the full feature set, no time limit. A one-time upgrade (no subscription) raises the limit to 20 listings per mode. Payments are processed securely by Stripe via ExtensionPay, and your purchase restores on any browser with your email.

——— PRIVACY ———

Your pinned listings, dates, and settings are stored locally in your browser — CompareBNB has no accounts, no tracking, and no backend collecting your browsing. The only data that ever leaves your machine is the email address you provide at checkout, handled by ExtensionPay/Stripe for payment processing. The extension only runs on airbnb.com.
