About
Browser Destroy turns any web page into a demolition playground. Click the toolbar icon and the page you're on becomes destructible — smash it, set it on fire, drill through it, or unleash termites that eat the layout out from under you. When you're done, put everything back good as new. It's not a screenshot or an overlay trick: every element stays a real, live DOM node while you wreck it. Videos keep playing, buttons still work, and content keeps loading even as it's torn apart. Works in any modern browser. An experimental HTML-in-Canvas shader mode adds extra visual fidelity if you enable chrome://flags/#canvas-draw-element — completely optional. Try it live, no install: • https://chriscraig.dev/browser-destroy/dev-tube • https://chriscraig.dev/browser-destroy/xp Browser Destroy runs entirely in your browser and collects no data.
