🔒 Privacy
All data stays client-side. Only the review content is sent securely to the OpenAI API for generating replies.
✅ Required Justifications for Permissions (Privacy Practices Tab)
Paste the following justifications exactly as shown:

Permission: activeTab
We use activeTab to detect the currently active Google Maps or Google Business Profile tab, so the extension can interact with the review reply field only when explicitly triggered by the user.

Permission: clipboardWrite
We use clipboardWrite to copy the AI-generated reply to the clipboard, so the user can easily paste it manually if needed.

Permission: contextMenus
We use contextMenus to add a right-click menu item labeled "GMB review App → Paste answer" that lets users trigger the reply generation manually while replying to reviews.

Permission: host_permissions (e.g. *://*.google.com/*)
We need access to Google Maps and the Google Business Dashboard to read visible review content (name, text, stars) so that the extension can respond meaningfully and in the correct language.

Permission: remote code (via OpenAI API)
We send the review text to the OpenAI API (https://api.openai.com) to generate a polite, human reply. This is the only external service used, and no other data is sent or received.

Permission: scripting
We use the scripting API to inject a script that detects and interacts with reply fields on the current page when the user triggers the extension.

Permission: storage (if used)
We use storage to remember user-defined custom prompts for each star rating (1–5), allowing consistent reply tone customization across sessions.
