VoxTube converts YouTube video subtitles into spoken audio using AI text-to-speech voices. Instead of reading subtitles, you hear the video narrated in your chosen language, synced with the original video playback.

REQUIREMENTS
- A Google account (sign in via the extension popup)
- The YouTube video must have subtitles or captions available (auto-generated or manual)

HOW TO USE
1. Click the VoxTube extension icon and sign in with Google
2. Select your target language and preferred voice
3. Go to any YouTube video that has subtitles
4. Click the VoxTube button on the YouTube player controls (or press Alt+V)
5. Wait a few seconds for audio generation
6. The dubbed audio plays synchronized with the video

HOW IT WORKS
- VoxTube reads the video's existing YouTube subtitles
- Subtitles are translated into your selected language via YouTube's built-in translation
- Translated text is converted to speech using Azure Neural TTS voices
- Audio segments are played back in sync with the video timeline
- You can pause, seek, or skip — the audio follows along

AI VOICES
Choose from 80+ Azure Neural TTS voices across all supported languages. Select male or female voice, and pick the specific voice style you prefer.

VOLUME CONTROL
Adjust the original video volume and dubbed voice volume independently in the Settings tab.

KEYBOARD SHORTCUT
Press Alt+V to start or stop dubbing without clicking.

FREE TIER
5 video translations per day at no cost. No credit card required.

PREMIUM PLANS
- Basic: 30 videos/day, up to 60-minute videos
- Pro: 100 videos/day, up to 120-minute videos
- Unlimited: Unlimited videos and duration

LIMITATIONS
- Videos without subtitles or captions cannot be dubbed
- Translation quality depends on the accuracy of the original subtitles
- Very long videos may take longer to process
- Requires an active internet connection
