VouchShot is a Chrome extension that captures screenshots with built-in proof. Each screenshot gets a public verification page that anyone can open to confirm when it was taken, on which URL, and that nothing was tampered with. No trust required — the proof is right there.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Install: Add VouchShot to Chrome. One click, no setup.
2. Capture: Click the extension, then capture your screenshot, same as any tool you know.
3. Share: Drop the verified image anywhere you post. A QR code or verification link lets anyone confirm it's real in seconds.

Behind the scenes, VouchShot:
• Reloads the page for a clean, controlled state before capture
• Monitors every DOM change while the screenshot is taken — nothing can be quietly altered
• Cryptographically signs the image, URL, timestamp, and mutation summary
• Publishes a public verification record open to anyone, no login required

The whole process takes about the same time as taking a regular screenshot.
