PitchPrfct Lead Capture helps sales reps move qualified VanillaSoft leads into PitchPrfct without copy-paste, tab switching, or manual CRM entry.

The extension adds a lightweight lead-capture panel that detects the active VanillaSoft lead, including contact details like name, phone, email, state, ZIP, and date of birth. With one click, reps can create or update the contact in PitchPrfct, enroll the lead into the selected workflow, and apply the right tags.

For faster dialing workflows, users can save up to four shortcut presets that combine a workflow and tag setup. Reps can trigger those presets with keyboard shortcuts, letting them capture and route leads from any active VanillaSoft page without opening the panel.

PitchPrfct Lead Capture is built for teams that use VanillaSoft for outbound calling and PitchPrfct for lead follow-up, SMS workflows, and CRM automation.

Privacy:

Lead data is read only from the active VanillaSoft page when the user opens the panel or triggers a saved shortcut. The extension sends that data directly to the user’s PitchPrfct account over HTTPS and does not persist lead data locally.
