  Chat Marks is a browser extension that helps you organize the ChatGPT chat list more clearly. It lets you add visual marks, highlights, and short labels to chats in the left sidebar, with different colors and shapes for easier identification.
  
  One of its main features is filtering. You can filter chats by color or shape, making it easier to quickly find the chats you need. This is useful for separating frequently used chats, chats you want to revisit later, and chats for different purposes such as work or personal use.
  
  Each chat can have its own mark color and shape, and chat titles can also be highlighted with a marker-style effect. Short labels can also be shown, helping you keep the list easy to scan even as the number of chats grows.
  
  Your marks, highlights, and labels are saved, so you do not need to set them again each time. Chat Marks works by adding extension UI elements to the chat list on supported pages. It does not edit or modify ChatGPT’s underlying data.

  Each chat can have its own mark with a selected color and shape, making it easier to distinguish different types of conversations at a glance. Chat titles can also be highlighted with a marker-style effect, and short labels can be displayed for additional visual organization.
  
  One of the main features is filtering. You can filter chats by mark color or shape to quickly narrow the list and find the conversations you need. This can be useful for separating chats by purpose, priority, or workflow.
  
  Settings such as marks, colors, shapes, highlights, and labels are saved through Chrome Sync, so they can be carried across environments where you use the same Chrome account. For example, your setup can stay available across different devices. Filter state is not synced. Filters are treated as temporary, per-tab state and apply only to the tab you are currently using.
  
  Chat Marks works by adding its own extension UI to the chat list on supported pages. It does not edit or modify ChatGPT’s underlying data, and it does not send your settings to a developer server.

  Improved label and mark data handling. Newer data is now prioritized during merges, making settings retention more reliable during updates and sync.

  Added settings sync support. Marks, colors, shapes, highlights, labels, and related settings can now carry across environments signed into the same Chrome account. Saving behavior was also improved for better reliability. Filter state remains temporary per-tab state and is not synced.
