ECZ-ID Resolver Check helps users check the active tab for public ECZ-ID Resolver signals and machine-readable proof hints.

It is a local discovery and routing tool. When clicked, it checks the current page for public ECZ-ID Resolver links, ECZ machine-readable hints, well-known files, metadata, and related proof signals. If public Resolver proof is found, it shows the discovered Resolver route. If no public Resolver proof is found, it helps the user copy a neutral Request Resolver Proof message.

What it does:
- Checks only the active tab when the user clicks the extension.
- Looks for public ECZ-ID Resolver and machine-readable proof signals.
- Shows whether Resolver proof or machine-readable hints were found.
- Helps users request resolver-verifiable proof from a website, agent, API, service, or business surface.
- Routes users to ECZ-ID TrustOps setup or Developer Gateway documentation where relevant.

What it does not do:
- It does not certify, approve, or guarantee any website, agent, API, business, or service.
- It does not create ECZ-ID proof.
- It does not activate passports or credentials.
- It does not sell products or process checkout.
- It does not upload browsing history.
- It does not use hidden telemetry.

Missing-proof result wording:
“No public Resolver proof found yet. This does not mean unsafe. Resolver-verifiable proof may make this easier to review. Local policy decides. Re-check before reliance.”
