  Click into any eBay buyer message. Hit the Draft button. In about two seconds, a reply written in your voice appears in the side panel — already aware of the buyer's question, the listing, the order status, and the conversation so far. Tweak it, then send. Or click Insert and Reply Copilot drops it straight into eBay's reply box.
