About

Copying complex folder structures in Google Drive can be surprisingly frustrating, as Google Drive does not offer a native "Copy Folder" button.

D³ (D-Cubed) solves this problem by providing a simple, secure, one-click cloning tool that recursively duplicates directories of any size or depth directly within your browser.

🚀 Key Features

Recursive Folder Copying: Clone entire folder structures, including all sub-folders and files, with a single click.

Shared Drives & Workspace Compatibility: Fully compatible with both "My Drive" folders and Google Workspace Shared Drives (formerly Team Drives), including Shared Drive roots.

Collision Safeguards (No Overwriting): If folders or files with the same name already exist at the destination, D³ automatically organizes them into a dedicated duplicate files - please process folder to ensure nothing is accidentally overwritten.

Intelligent Rate-Limit Backoff: Google Drive enforces rate limits when creating folders rapidly. D³ automatically detects Google's API limits (403/429 limits) and pauses, retrying with an exponential backoff algorithm so your copy finishes without crashing.

Infinite Loop Prevention: Smart path-checking prevents you from accidentally copying a folder inside itself, saving you from recursive loops.

Background Processing: Once started, the duplication runs in the background. You can close the popup or switch tabs, and D³ will continue working.

🔒 Privacy by Design

D³ runs 100% locally in your browser.

There are no external servers processing your files.
Your data is sent directly and securely from your browser to Google Drive’s official APIs.
We collect, store, and transmit zero user data.
