CuteBlock is a browser extension that replaces likely ad containers with cute animal photos while preserving the shape of the page.

Instead of removing ad slots and leaving empty spaces behind, CuteBlock swaps obvious ad-shaped areas with bundled photos of cats, dogs, birds, capybaras, and other animals. The result is a calmer, friendlier browsing experience without awkward blank holes in the layout.

CuteBlock includes a curated set of animal photos inside the extension, so no external image requests are made by default. Users can also choose an optional random dog photo mode, which fetches images from random.dog with dog.ceo as a fallback after a warning and browser permission prompt.

Privacy:
CuteBlock does not collect, sell, or transmit your browsing history or personal data. Settings are stored using the browser’s extension storage. Bundled photos are loaded from the extension package. Optional random dog photos are only requested if you enable that image source and approve the browser permission prompt.
