 🎯 How to Use

1. Click the ScreenZen icon in your toolbar
2. Go to the (Sites) tab
3. Type a domain (e.g. `twitter.com`) or click a quick-add preset
4. Click (+ Add)— the site is now guarded!
5. Click any site to expand its settings:
   - Set delay seconds (how long to wait before continuing)
   - Set daily open limit
   - Set daily time limit (minutes)
   - Choose schedule (always, work days, etc.)
   - Choose intervention (breathing, math, timer)
   - Set a custom mindful prompt
6. Visit a guarded site → see the beautiful interstitial screen!
