      - Duplicate patient protection to keep your data clean

    RP Spine Extension — v1.74
     What's New
    1. DrChrono ↔️ monday Appointment Sync (Create, Edit, Delete)
Appointments created, edited, or deleted in DrChrono now sync to monday automatically. New appointments create an item with all details (date, time, type, status, location, patient link); edits update the matching item; deletes remove it. A note is also added to the monday item showing who made the change, the provider, and a tracking ID.
    2. Appointment Notes Now Show in the Notes Column
DrChrono appointment notes now appear directly in the Notes column on the Appointments board (not just in the update note) — and stay in sync when you edit or clear them.
    3. Real Appointment Type Shown
Appointments now display their actual type (e.g. "PI - F/U after Imaging") instead of the generic word "Appointment". Profiles with no match show "Unknown Type".
    4. Correct Location Name & Link
Appointment names now use monday's location name (e.g. "Bucktown") and link to the matching Location Directory item automatically.
    5. Accurate Status Mapping
All DrChrono statuses (Arrived, In Room, Checked In, Confirmed, Cancelled, etc.) now map correctly to monday. New appointments default to "Scheduled" when no status is set.
    6. Correct "Created By"
The "Created by" line now shows the actual logged-in DrChrono user instead of the provider's name.
    7. Status Badge Color Fixed
Appointment status badges in the sidebar now always show the correct color (no more grey-out).
    8. Live Sync Updates on Edits
The sidebar now auto-refreshes when an appointment is edited (status, time, etc.), not just when one is added or removed.
    9. Update Note When Creating from the Extension
Creating an appointment from the sidebar now posts a note on the monday item with the tracking ID, who created it, the time, and the patient name.
    10. Patient Name & DOI in Modals
The Create Appointment and Create Scheduling Request windows now show the patient's Name and Date of Injury at the top.
    11. Gmail Thread ID Auto-Fetch Turned Off
The Create Case form no longer auto-fills the Gmail Thread ID (patient auto-search from email still works as normal).
    12. New "Discharge Reason" Dropdown
A "Discharge Reason" dropdown was added to the Case Info tab — it appears only when the case status is set to "Discharged".
