AIMS AI Blocking

About

AIMS AI Blocking is the browser companion to AIMS (AI Monitoring System) by
Workflo. It enforces your organisation's AI-usage policy directly in the
browser, blocking the AI tools your administrator has chosen — both in normal
and incognito windows.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the extension and open it.
2. Connect the browser to your organisation with the enrollment code your
   administrator gives you (the same way the AIMS mobile app connects).
3. On first setup the administrator sets a local administrator password. From
   then on the extension is locked: the password is required to open it, to
   change which AI tools are blocked, and to turn protection off — so the
   employee using the device cannot disable or change the blocking.
4. Blocked AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity
   and more, driven by your AIMS policy) are redirected to a block page.

WHO IT IS FOR
Companies that need to comply with the EU AI Act and control which AI tools
their employees use. AIMS AI Blocking complements the AIMS desktop app: the
desktop app blocks AI applications and processes, while this extension covers
browser-based AI tools.

PRIVACY
The extension does NOT collect or transmit your browsing history. It only
fetches the list of AI domains to block from your AIMS server (authenticated
with the device's enrollment token) and applies it locally. The administrator
password is stored only on this device, hashed (PBKDF2-SHA256). See the
