MedAutoFill uses AI-assisted matching to help identify relevant form fields, including variations such as:

On supported versions of Chrome, compatible on-device AI may be used to help process matching locally.

PRIVACY & CONTROL

MedAutoFill is designed with privacy in mind:

• Saved profile information stays in your browser storage unless you explicitly configure external services
• No automatic form submission
• No automatic cloud routing by default
• You control when values are inserted

OPTIONAL BRING-YOUR-OWN AI PROVIDER (BYOK)

By default, all AI processing runs locally using Gemini Nano — Chrome's built-in on-device model. Your form data, your answers, and your corrections never leave your browser.

You can optionally connect your own API key from a supported provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, or OpenRouter. No account required, nothing stored on our servers, and zero telemetry.

When enabled, requests may be sent to your selected provider according to your configuration and that provider’s policies.

Please review your organization’s compliance requirements before enabling cloud-based services.
