Most candidates apply to jobs blindly. They upload the same resume everywhere, guess whether their profile matches the role, manually copy job descriptions into separate tools, and then prepare for interviews without a clear understanding of what the company is actually asking for.

Vocario helps solve that problem by connecting the job description, resume, ATS analysis, resume improvement, mock interview preparation, and application tracking into one focused workflow.

The Vocario Chrome Extension is designed to make the first step faster: capturing live job descriptions from job boards and sending them directly into your Vocario workspace.

Instead of copying and pasting a job description manually, you can open a supported job page, launch the Vocario extension, capture the role details, review the extracted information, and save it to your workspace. From there, you can run ATS analysis, compare the role against your resume, identify missing skills or weak signals, prepare resume improvements, and track the opportunity inside Vocario.

The extension reads supported job pages and extracts the role title, company, job description, source website, and source URL where available. You can review and edit the captured text before saving it.

Captured jobs can be saved as target job descriptions inside your Vocario account. This keeps your analysis organized around the real role you want to apply for.

Run a quick ATS snapshot
Once a job is captured and you have a saved resume in Vocario, the extension can trigger a quick ATS analysis. This gives you an early signal on how well your resume matches the role.

Open the full ATS report
After analysis, you can jump into the full Vocario web app to review detailed scoring, missing requirements, keyword gaps, strengths, and improvement opportunities.

Save roles to your application tracker
The extension can also save captured roles into your Vocario application tracker so you can manage job status, notes, referrals, interview progress, and follow-ups from one place.

Privacy and data handling:

Vocario only captures job-related information from the page when you choose to use the extension. The extension does not automatically collect every page you visit. It is intended to help you capture job descriptions and send them to your Vocario workspace.

Your login token is stored locally in Chrome extension storage so the extension can communicate with your Vocario account. Resume files and job descriptions are handled by the Vocario backend and workspace experience.

The extension does not sell personal data. It is built to support your job search workflow.

Important note:

The quality of captured job details depends on how the job board structures its page. Some pages may need minor manual editing after capture. Vocario lets you review and edit the captured text before saving or analyzing it.
